Private Equity Careers Centre (“PEC”) is a trading name of Private Equity Recruitment, (“PER”). Any contract for purchases made through the PEC web site will be with Private Equity Recruitment Ltd. Our registered office is Barnsfield, Norwood Lane, Meopham, Kent, DA13 0YF UK and our company is registered in England and Wales with number 2022717.  In these terms and conditions “You” or “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this web site and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions.  “The Company”, “We” or “Our” refers to Private Equity Recruitment Limited, “products” refers to any product purchased through the web site or directly from the Company and “web site” refers to www.pecareerscentre.com.

These terms and conditions govern your use of our website, please read the terms in full before you use this website. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use this website. Using the website implies that you accept these terms. We do occasionally update these terms so please refer back to them in the future.

You will be able to access this website without having to register any details with us.

Use of website

You are permitted to use our website for your own purposes. Material on this website must not be republished online or offline without our written permission.

You are solely responsible for evaluating the fitness for a particular purpose of any downloads, programs and text provided through this site.

The copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on this website are owned by us and must not be reproduced without our prior written consent.

By using the website you indemnify the Company, its employees, agents and affiliates against any loss or damage howsoever caused.

Payment and delivery

The products for sale on this website are for the sole use of the purchaser only and are not for general use.  Payment of goods must be received before your order can be accepted.

You may pay for the products online by supplying your credit or debit card details in the online order form. All purchases made are subject to authorisation by the issuing card authority. We take precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure.

Unless we are negligent we will not be liable to you for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to the personal and transactional information you provide us when placing an order. For details of our security measures, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

When you have successfully completed your purchase, you will receive an email with a download link and a unique activation key, which will provide you with the information to download and activate each item purchased. You will be able to download each purchase to one PC only and you will not be able to print or email them.

Multi-buy offers

Promotions apply to specified products only, which are subject to change. If you choose to purchase a product from a multi-buy offer, but do not select the correct option the products will be charged at the normal price.

Refunds

If you believe an error has been made in the purchase, please do not activate the eBook. Please contact us immediately on the support address provided in your confirmation email and inform us of the error. 

Once you have activated your eBook with the key provided, it cannot be refunded or exchanged for another eBook.

If you can not attend one of our workshops after booking, you need to let us know at least 72 hours before the date of the workshop and we'll arrange for you to attend on a different date. We do not provide refunds once a booking is made.

Complaints

If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us here and we will try to resolve your dispute as quickly as possible.

Site maintenance

We take all reasonable steps to ensure that this website is available 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. However, websites do sometimes encounter downtime due to server and, other technical issues. Therefore we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time.

This website may be temporarily unavailable due to issues such as system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control. Where possible we will try to give our visitors advance warning of maintenance issues but shall not be obliged to do so.

Visitor conduct

Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under these terms and conditions which is an event outside their control including without limitation any Act of God, terrorism, war, earthquake or any other natural or man made eventuality outside their control which causes termination of any contract and which could not have been reasonably foreseen.
